We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Engineer with software and system engineering skills!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the reliability of our software while working in a dynamic environment, driven by customers' requirements. Our teams work with SAFe development methodologies and use the latest technology.

Your tasks

  • Working on numerous Java applications running on many hosts on multiple environments
  • Working with customers on new requirements and change requests
  • Continuous Improvement of the architecture, build, deployment- and monitoring process
  • Migration of all services into cloud-enabled services
  • Providing knowledge transfer to the 1st level support team for operational topics

Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience in the development and deployment of applications (Java, Spring, Linux)
  • System engineering skills (Linux, networking, security) and experience with relational databases and SQL
  • Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), knowledge of German is desirable
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or software engineering or relevant field
