Your tasks

Managing a small team of Sales and Account Executives into successfully reaching the country/regional yearly goals
Driving business growth and expansion in a defined territory/region
Identify, prospect and actively engage new clients using different communication channels, industry events
Managing and grow a set of accounts concurrently & strategically develop new business with new clients according to the defined yearly plans
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Collaborating with the internal presales, delivery and acc. management stakeholders in order to maximize on the customer opportunities as well as create a relevant and value bringing customer proposition
Ensuring the timely and successful delivery together with the delivery organization
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Preparing and maintaining an account plan, budget and forecasts per customer and delivering key metric reports

Your profile

Strong sales and business background centered preferably on software technologies
Strong track record in direct field sales and working with complex accounts
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion, often in an ambiguous environment
Understanding of the Fintech/Payment eco-system
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
Superb verbal and written communications skills in English. Any regional Language knowledge would be an additional asset (Italian, SEE languages, etc).
