Your tasks

• You manage a small team of Sales and Account Executives into successfully reaching the country/regional yearly goals
• You drive business growth and expansion in a defined territory/region
• You identify, prospect and actively engage new clients using different communication channels, industry events and existing network
• You manage and grow a set of accounts concurrently & strategically develop new business with new clients according to the defined yearly plans
• You develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• You collaborate with the internal presales, delivery and account management colleagues in order to maximize on the customer opportunities as well as create a relevant and value bringing customer proposition
• You clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, prepare and maintain an account plan, budget and forecasts per customer and deliver key metric reports

Your profile

• Strong sales and business background centered preferably on software technologies
• A proven track record in direct field sales and working with complex accounts
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion, often in an ambiguous environment
• Understanding of the Fintech/Payment/Digital Banking eco-system
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
• Superb verbal and written communications skills in English are a must. Any regional language knowledge would be an additional asset (German, French, Italian)
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• BA/BS degree
